Space Goes to School for Engineers Week 2023

1st and 2nd class had a Zoom call this morning with astronomer Danielle Wilcox. Danielle told room 9 all about her job as an astronomer at the Observatory in Blackrock Castle in Cork and showed the class some of the work she does with the telescopes. Danielle answered questions that the boys and girls had about space. They had a fantastic morning listening and chatting to Danielle!
