In April, Roisín from KPMG paid a visit to 5th Class. She held a literacy workshop with all the boys and girls based on the book “Global” by Eoin Colfer and Andrew Donkin.
Global is one of the many new Irish Childrens books which are nominated for the KPMG Junior Juries award as part of the KPMG Childrens Books Ireland Awards 2024.
5th Class enjoyed reading and discussing the book. A highlight for all the children was taking on the role of Illustrator and designing their very own cover page art.
